Materials in current production include neoprene, SBR neoprene, 600D and 900D Oxford, ripstop canvas, 12oz canvas, PVC/leatherette, cotton and faux sheepskin. Constructions are confirmed per project against your requirements.

In-House Manufacturing
Pattern making, cutting, sewing, inspection and packing are handled in our own workshop. Seat covers are developed from your seat or sample, not from a generic size chart.

Pattern & Cutting
Your drawing, photo or sample is turned into a cutting file and run on our auto cutter.
Step 2
Cut to Shape
Panels are cut to the confirmed pattern so the cover follows the seat contours.
Step 3
Inspection
Finished covers are checked for fit, stitching and finish before being released for packing.
Step 4
Retail-Ready Packing
Bulk packing or printed retail packaging with your artwork, size labels and barcodes.

In the cover industry since 2000. Founded JK Covers in 2009 in Ningbo, where our cutting, stitching and screen printing lines still run today.
Branding and Private Label
Seat covers can carry your printed artwork, logo, size and care labels, and can be packed under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.

Quantity, sampling and delivery are agreed per project rather than fixed in advance.

Can you make covers for a specific seat rather than a universal fit?
Yes. Tailor-made covers for specific seats are part of our normal production, including commercial vehicle and semi-tractor seating developed from measurements or a sample.
Which materials can we choose from?
Current production includes neoprene and SBR neoprene, 600D and 900D Oxford, ripstop canvas, 12oz canvas, PVC/leatherette, cotton and faux sheepskin. The right construction depends on whether the priority is waterproofing, abrasion resistance or comfort.
Can covers carry our own brand?
Yes. Printed artwork, logos, size and care labels, and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.
Do you supply fleet programmes?
Yes. Fleet and van ranges are produced in quantity with consistent materials across the order, and can be supplied with your own labelling.
Can we order a sample before committing to production?
Sampling is part of the normal project flow. The sample is approved before production is scheduled.

Choosing a Custom Fit Car Seat Cover
Reading your seat configuration correctly
Check the number of rows, whether the front seats are bucket or bench, and how the headrests are shaped. Note any side airbags, armrests or built-in belts, because they affect how a cover sits. A photo of each row is the quickest way to confirm the layout.
Materials for daily use, pets and fleet duty
Family cars, pet owners and fleet vehicles put very different demands on a seat cover. Daily use favours a comfortable, easy-clean fabric, pet duty needs a stronger, scratch-resistant surface, and fleet use benefits from a hard-wearing, uniform build. Tell us how the seats will be used and we will suggest the direction.
Coverage options: full set, fronts only, bench
Buyers may want a complete set, front seats only, or coverage for a rear bench. Each option changes how the panels are cut and joined. Describe the coverage you sell and we will plan the pattern accordingly.
