Floor Mat and Cargo Liner Manufacturer
Car Floor Mat & Cargo Liner Manufacturer
Development of car floor mats, boot liners and cargo mats for automotive accessory brands, distributors and private-label programmes. Produced to your vehicle list and the material build you specify.
- Manufacturing custom protective covers since 2009
- Floor mats, boot liners and cargo mats developed to your vehicle list
- Project-based cooperation: quantity, sampling and delivery agreed per project
Formats We Develop
This is a development line. The formats below cover what we are tooled for, and each one is produced to your vehicle list rather than kept as a fixed size range.
- Front and rear floor mats — sets cut to the footwell outline of each vehicle in your list.
- Boot and trunk liners — liners with raised edges, cut to the load area of the vehicle.
- Cargo mats — larger flat mats for vans and SUVs, produced in the build you specify.
- Rubber-backed textile mats — a textile face over a grip backing, for a factory-look finish.
- All-weather mats — hard-wearing surfaces for wet, muddy or site use.
- Custom shapes and heel pads — anchor points, heel pads and edge binding to your specification.
Because this range is developed rather than stocked, a vehicle list, a mat outline or a photo of the existing footwell is enough to start. Material build and backing are confirmed per project.
Currently in production: mat and liner formats we develop. If your range also covers the load area, see trunk organisers.
How Development Works On This Line
The manufacturing steps are the same as our other lines. What differs is the starting point: the outline comes from your vehicle list rather than from an existing product.
Step 1
Vehicle Outlines
Each vehicle in your list becomes its own cutting outline.
Step 2
Cut To Shape
Mats and liners are cut to the confirmed outline, including anchor points.
Step 3
Finished & Checked
Edges, backing and anchor points are checked before release.
Step 4
Packed
Sets are packed flat, in bulk cartons or in your own retail packaging.
About The Manufacturer
Branding and Private Label
Mats and liners can carry your printed logo, a stitched or moulded label and retail packaging under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Our screen printing workshop
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
Enterprise Customers
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
What To Send Us
The vehicle list and the material build are the two things we need first.
Vehicle list
The makes and models you want mats or liners for, and whether front, rear or boot.
Material build
Textile over grip backing, an all-weather surface, or a specific construction you already sell.
Dimensions or a sample
An outline of the footwell or load area, or an existing mat to work from.
How a Development Project Runs
- Send the vehicle list and the material build you want.
- We propose construction, backing and packing, with a quote.
- A sample set is produced for your approval.
- Production runs once the sample and branding are signed off.
- Sets are packed flat in bulk, or in your own retail packaging.
Material build and packing format are agreed per project; outlines come from your vehicle list.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this range sold from a catalogue?
No. Mats and liners are developed to order, which is why the vehicle list and the material build are the starting point.
Can you work from an existing mat?
Yes. Sending a mat you already sell is the quickest way to match an outline and a material build.
Which materials can be used?
Textile faces over grip backings and all-weather surfaces are both part of the line. The exact build is confirmed per project.
Can mats carry our branding?
Yes. Printed logos, stitched or moulded labels and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.
Can we approve a sample first?
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the set is approved before production is scheduled.
How do we start?
Use the form below with the vehicle list and the build you want, and we will come back with a proposal.
Choosing Floor Mats and Cargo Liners
Coverage levels: front row, full cabin, boot
Some buyers want only the front footwells, others want the whole cabin, and some want the boot floor alone. Each level changes how many pieces are in the set. Tell us the coverage you sell and we will plan the range.
Measurements needed for a vehicle list
For each vehicle, note the footwell width and depth, the shape of the transmission tunnel and the position of the pedals. A vehicle list works best when each model is measured the same way. Describe the list you work from.
Edge profiles and retention points
A raised edge holds spills, a flat edge is easier to step over, and retention points keep the mat from sliding. The profile should match the vehicle and the buyer's priorities. Tell us which matters more.
