Grill Cover Range We Manufacture

Eight directions in current production. On this line the appliance shape sets everything — a kamado, a pellet hopper and a flat griddle each need a different cut, and the fit is what the customer notices first.

How The Covers Are Made

Cutting, venting, strap fitting and stitching are carried out on our own line, so covers follow the appliance outline you supply rather than a size band.

Appliance Outline

The cooker outline sets the pattern, including shelf and side burner positions.

Panels Cut

Panels and vent panels are cut to the same outline before assembly.

Vents & Straps

Vent panels, handle openings and straps are fitted and checked for placement.

What To Send Us

The appliance list is the main thing; measurements follow from it.

Appliance list

The brands and models the covers have to fit, and whether they are cart, kettle, kamado or flat-top.

Measurements

Width, depth and height of the closed appliance, including shelves and side burners.

Features

Venting, handle openings, strap type and whether a carry bag is wanted instead of a cover.

How a Grill Cover Project Runs

  1. Send the appliance list and any dimensions you already have.
  2. We propose fabric weight, venting and strap specification, with a quote.
  3. A sample cover is produced for your approval.
  4. Production runs once the sample and artwork are signed off.
  5. Covers pack flat in bulk, or in your own retail packaging.

Fabric weight, venting and strap systems are agreed per project rather than fixed in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fit appliances you have not seen?

Yes. Model details plus an outline measurement or two are normally enough, and we will ask for a photo if anything is unclear.

What fabric weight is used?

600D coated polyester is the usual specification for this line, with heavier builds where the cover sits out all year. The grade is confirmed per project.

Do covers need vents?

Venting is included where condensation or heat is a concern. Whether it is needed, and where it goes, is decided at specification stage.

Can covers carry our branding?

Yes. Printed logos, woven labels and retail packaging with your own artwork are all part of the quotation.

Can we approve a sample first?

Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.

How do we start?

Use the form below with the appliance list, and we will come back with a proposal.

How to Measure for a Grill Cover

Measuring width, depth and height with shelves

Measure the grill at its widest point, including side shelves when they are open or folded. Take the depth from front to back and the height from the ground or cart to the top of the lid. Note handles and side burners that stick out.

Fit tolerance: snug, standard and roomy

A snug cover follows every edge, a standard fit leaves a little room, and a roomy cover handles uneven or protruding parts. Each level trades tightness against how easy the cover is to fit. Tell us the look and handling your buyers prefer.

Fabric weight and weather exposure

The heavier a cover's fabric, the more it resists sun, rain and wear, while lighter fabric folds and stores more easily. Climate and how exposed the grill sits should guide the choice. Describe the conditions and we will match the direction.
