What To Send Us

You do not need a complete technical pack to get a quote. Any one of these is enough to start.

A photo or drawing

A picture of the bike or the item to be covered, or a sketch showing the shape.

Model or measurements

The make and model, or the key dimensions you need the cover to fit.

A reference sample

If you already have a cover you are happy with, send it and we will work from it.

How a Project Runs

  1. You send a photo, drawing, model or sample.
  2. We review the item and come back with a quote and construction proposal.
  3. A sample is made for your approval before production.
  4. Production is scheduled once the sample and details are confirmed.
  5. Orders are packed as agreed, in bulk or in your own retail packaging.

Quantity, sampling and delivery are agreed per project rather than fixed in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you develop a cover from just a photo?

Yes. A clear photo or a drawing is enough for us to assess the project and come back with a proposal. Better input simply speeds up sampling.

Can the cover carry our own brand?

Yes. Printed artwork, logos, size and care labels, and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.

Do you work with our measurements instead of a standard size?

Yes. Covers are developed from your item, so non-standard and one-off machines are normal for us. Standard size ranges are also available for ranges that do not change.

Can we order a sample before committing to production?

Sampling is part of the normal project flow. The sample is approved before production is scheduled.

Which materials can we choose from?

Current production includes 300D and 420D Oxford polyester, silver-coated fabrics, four-way stretch knit and elastic three-core fabric with soft lining. The right construction depends on whether the cover is for indoor storage or long-term outdoor exposure.

How do we start?

Use the form below. Send whatever you have — a photo, a model name, a drawing or a sample — and we will take it from there.

Choosing the Right Motorcycle Cover

How to measure your bike for a custom cover

Take the overall length from front wheel to rear, then the widest point across the handlebars or mirrors. Note the height, including any screen or luggage. A side photo of the bike helps confirm proportions before a pattern is drawn.

Indoor storage vs outdoor and travel use

Indoor covers mainly need dust and scuff protection, so a lighter, softer construction works well. Outdoor and travel covers face rain, sun and road dirt, so they need a tighter fit and a more weather-resistant build. Tell us where the cover will live and we will steer the construction.

Which materials suit which climate

Humid coastal air, dry desert sun and cold winters each favour a different fabric approach. Rather than guess, describe your climate and storage conditions and we will match the cover to them.
