Pet Crate Cover Development
Pet Crate & Cage Cover Development
Development of crate and cage covers for pet brands, kennel suppliers and private-label programmes. Covers are built to your crate dimensions, with the openings and ventilation you specify.
- Manufacturing custom protective covers since 2009
- Covers developed to your crate dimensions and openings
- Project-based cooperation: quantity, sampling and delivery agreed per project
Formats We Develop
This is a development line rather than a stocked range. The shapes below cover the crate formats we are tooled for, and each is produced to your dimensions.
- Single-door crate covers — panels that cover the crate with an opening on the door side.
- Double-door crate covers — openings on two sides, cut to your crate layout.
- Covers with ventilation panels — mesh or vented sections where airflow matters.
- Fitted and draped formats — covers that sit tight to the frame, or that hang clear for smaller crates.
- Cage and run covers — larger panels for cages and exercise runs, in multi-piece formats.
- Storage and carry bags — fabric covers packed as carry bags for folded crates.
Because this range is developed rather than stocked, a crate model, its dimensions or a photo of the assembled crate is enough to start. Fabric grade, mesh options and fastening are confirmed per project.
Currently in production: crate and cage cover formats we develop. If your range also covers the load area, see dog car seat covers.
How Development Works On This Line
The manufacturing steps match our other cover lines. What differs is the starting point: the pattern comes from your crate rather than from an existing product.
Step 1
Crate Dimensions
Crate dimensions and door positions become the cutting outline.
Step 2
Panels & Mesh
Panels, mesh sections and openings are cut to the same confirmed layout.
Step 3
Fitted & Checked
Openings, mesh edges and fastenings are checked before release.
Step 4
Packed
Covers fold flat, which keeps carton volumes down for bulk orders.
About The Manufacturer
Branding and Private Label
Covers can carry your printed logo, stitched label and retail packaging under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Our screen printing workshop
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
Enterprise Customers
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
What To Send Us
The crate dimensions and door layout are what we need first.
Crate dimensions
Width, depth and height of the assembled crate, plus the door positions.
Openings and ventilation
Which sides need access, and whether mesh or vented panels are required.
Fabric and packing
The look you are after, and whether the cover should fold into a carry bag.
How a Development Project Runs
- Send the crate model, dimensions or photos.
- We propose fabric, mesh and opening layout, with a quote.
- A sample cover is produced for your approval.
- Production runs once the sample and artwork are signed off.
- Covers fold flat and pack in bulk or retail packaging.
Opening layout and mesh specification are agreed per project; the pattern is developed from your crate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this range sold from a catalogue?
No. Covers are developed to order, so the crate model or its dimensions are the starting point rather than a size list.
Can you cover a crate with two doors?
Yes. Openings are cut to the layout you specify, including two-door crates and side-access formats.
Can ventilation be included?
Mesh and vented panels are part of the specification. Whether they are needed, and how large, is decided at that stage.
Can covers carry our own branding?
Yes. Printed logos, stitched labels and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.
Can we approve a sample first?
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.
How do we start?
Use the form below with the crate details, and we will come back with a proposal.
Choosing a Pet Crate Cover
Measuring crate frames and trays
Measure the crate's length, width and height at the frame, then check the size of the base tray and any lip. Note whether it is a wire crate, a soft crate or a solid panel design. These details decide how the cover fits.
Planning ventilation and access openings
A covered crate still needs airflow, and the door has to open freely. Decide where mesh panels, windows and door openings belong. Tell us how the crate is used and we will place the openings.
Fabric choice for indoor crates and travel
Indoor crates mostly need a calm, washable outer fabric, while crates that travel need something tougher that resists rubbing and dirt. The choice follows where the crate goes. Describe the typical use and we will match the fabric.
