Windshield & Sunshade Range We Manufacture
A focused range built on three constructions. This is a product line where the lamination and the fit matter more than a long catalogue — the same presses run windshield covers, sunshades and seasonal formats.
All-Season Windshield Covers
Exterior covers for snow, ice, frost and summer UV, with a fastening arrangement that keeps the cover in place overnight.
PVC Foam Composite Sunshades
PVC foam laminates with reflective facing, cut to the windscreen outline so they sit flat against the glass.
Double-Layer Bubble Sunshades
Two-layer bubble film with a printed or plain face, a common choice for promotional and high-volume programmes.
Because this range is focused, it is also quick to develop: an existing vehicle list, sizes and artwork are usually enough to move straight to sampling.
Currently in production: windshield covers and sunshades we currently produce. If your range also covers the load area, see car covers.
Constructions We Produce
These are the builds we run on this line. Vehicle-specific sizing, edge finishing and fastenings are confirmed per project.
- PVC foam composite — a reflective face over PVC foam, cut to the windscreen outline for a flat fit against the glass.
- Double-layer bubble laminate — two bubble layers for insulation, printable on the outward face.
- All-season exterior covers — a coated outer face with a soft inner layer and a fastening arrangement for overnight use.
Thicknesses, facing materials and fastening methods are set per project rather than held as a fixed range.
Made In Our Own Workshop
Lamination, cutting, edge finishing and printing happen on our own line, which is what keeps artwork changes and size adjustments inside the same project.
Step 1
Sized To The Glass
Your windscreen dimensions or vehicle list set the cutting outline for each size in the range.
Step 2
Cut & Laminated
Facing, core and backing are cut to the same outline so the layers stay aligned in the finished unit.
Step 3
Checked
Units are checked for edge finish, printing registration and fastening before release.
Step 4
Packed
Flat bulk packing or printed retail packaging with your artwork, barcode and size label.
About The Manufacturer
Branding and Private Label
Sunshades and covers can carry your printed logo, colour-matched edge binding, size and care labels, and can be packed under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Our screen printing workshop
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
Enterprise Customers
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
What To Send Us
On this line the vehicle list and the artwork do most of the work.
Vehicle list or dimensions
The makes and models you want covered, or the windscreen width and height for each size.
The format you have in mind
Interior sunshade, exterior windshield cover, bubble laminate or a seasonal version.
Artwork and packaging
Any logo, printed face design or retail packaging layout you want applied.
How a Sunshade Project Runs
- Send the vehicle list or dimensions, plus the format you want.
- We confirm the construction, thickness and fastening, with a quote.
- A sample is produced for your approval.
- Production runs once the sample and printed artwork are signed off.
- Units are packed flat in bulk, or in your own retail packaging.
Construction and packing format are agreed per project rather than fixed in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an interior sunshade and an exterior windshield cover?
An interior sunshade sits inside the glass and cuts heat and glare; an exterior cover sits over the glass and also handles frost, snow and ice. They use different constructions, and both are produced on this line.
Can you produce for a long vehicle list?
Yes. Sizes are cut from the outline for each vehicle, so adding models to a programme is a matter of adding sizes rather than changing the construction.
Can the printed face carry our design?
Yes. Printed faces, logos, colour-matched binding and retail packaging with your artwork are all part of the quotation.
How is the cover kept in place?
The fastening arrangement is set per project — closing the door on the edge, elastic corners or strap points, depending on the format.
Can we approve a sample first?
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the unit is approved before production is scheduled.
How do we start?

Choosing a Windshield Cover or Sunshade
Measuring windscreen width and height
Measure the glass from edge to edge at its widest point, then from the top of the screen to the base of the wipers. Note the curve of the screen and the position of mirrors or sensors. These details decide how the cover sits.
Frost, snow, sun and hail protection compared
A cover sold for winter frost and snow needs a different build from one sold for summer sun, and hail protection asks for a tougher outer surface. Think about the seasons your customers face most. Describe the main conditions and we will point to the right construction.
Layered and folding construction options
Layered designs combine a reflective outer layer with a soft inner layer, while folding versions collapse for easy storage. The number of layers and how the cover folds both affect cost and handling. Tell us which priorities matter more.
