Bicycle Cover Range We Manufacture
Three directions in current production. The choice between them is usually decided by where the bike lives — a garage, a rack on the back of a vehicle, or the open air.
Stretch Universal Covers
Stretchy elastic fabric that pulls over the bike and holds its own shape, the usual choice for indoor storage and short transport.
Indoor Storage Covers
Lightweight elastic covers that keep dust off stored bikes and pack down small when folded.
Multi-Bike Rack Covers
Larger covers for racks carrying several bikes, sized around the rack and the number of bikes rather than a single frame.
Denier weights, elastic hems and whether a carry pouch is included are confirmed per project; rack covers are sized from the rack layout you are fitting to.
Currently in production: bicycle covers we currently produce. If your range also covers the load area, see motorcycle covers.
How The Covers Are Made
Cutting, elastic hems and stitching are handled on our own line, so the cover follows the frame or rack you are supplying rather than a single generic size.
Step 1
Cut To Size
Panels are cut to the bike or rack dimensions agreed at the start of the project.
Step 2
Elastic & Hems
Elastic hems are set so the cover stays on the bike without straps.
Step 3
Stitched & Checked
Seams and hem elasticity are checked before folding.
Step 4
Packed With Pouch
Covers fold into a carry pouch or pack down loose for bulk shipment.
About The Manufacturer
Branding and Private Label
Covers can carry your printed logo, a stitched label, a printed carry pouch and retail packaging under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Our screen printing workshop
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
Enterprise Customers
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
What To Send Us
Frame sizes and rack layout get us most of the way.
Bike or rack dimensions
Frame size for single-bike covers, or the rack layout and bike count for multi-bike covers.
Where it will be used
Indoor storage, outdoor parking or transport on a rack, because each points to a different fabric.
Artwork and packaging
Any logo, pouch design or retail packaging layout you want applied.
How a Bicycle Cover Project Runs
- Send the bike sizes or rack layout, plus where the cover will be used.
- We propose the fabric, elastic specification and quote.
- A sample cover is produced for your approval.
- Production runs once the sample and artwork are signed off.
- Covers are folded into pouches or packed loose for bulk shipment.
Fabric weight, elastic tension and whether a pouch is supplied are agreed per project.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a stretch and a weatherproof cover?
A stretch cover is elastic and follows the frame, which suits indoor storage and transport. A weatherproof cover is a heavier coated shell intended to sit outside.
Can you make a cover for a rack carrying several bikes?
Yes. Rack covers are sized from the rack layout and the number of bikes, which is why both details are worth sending at the start.
Does the cover come with a carry pouch?
A pouch can be included in the supply. Whether it is part of the standard packing is confirmed per project.
Can the cover carry our branding?
Yes. Printed logos, stitched labels, printed pouches and retail packaging with your artwork are all part of the quotation.
Can we approve a sample first?
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.
How do we start?
Use the form below with the bike or rack details, and we will come back with a proposal.
Choosing a Bicycle Cover
Indoor dust covers vs outdoor weatherproof covers
Indoor covers focus on dust and scratches and can be light and soft, while outdoor covers have to shrug off rain, sun and grime. A cover left outside needs a closer fit and a more weatherproof direction. Decide where the bike lives most of the time.
Stretch fit and multi-bike rack covers
Stretch covers follow the bike's shape for a neat fit and are quick to pull on, while rack covers are built for several bikes carried together. The number of bikes and how they are held change the design. Tell us how the bikes are stored or moved.
Transport and travel considerations
A bike carried on a rack or in a van meets wind, spray and rubbing that parked bikes do not. Straps, openings and reinforcement points all matter here. Describe how the bikes travel and we will plan the protection.
