Boat Cover Range We Manufacture

Eight formats in current production. The first question is always how the boat is kept — on a trailer, on a mooring or laid up for the winter — because that sets the fabric grade and how the cover is fastened.

Fitted cover on a V-hull ski and bass boat

V-Hull & Bass Boat Covers

Shaped covers that follow the V-hull line, with the trolling motor and seat areas accounted for rather than draped over.

Heavy duty 600D cover on a jon boat trailer

Jon Boat & Utility Covers

600D covers for flat-bottomed utility boats, cut to the beam and depth of the hull you specify.

Centre console boat cover with T-top and motor protection

Centre Console & T-Top Covers

High-volume covers that clear the console and T-top frame, trailerable with the outboard covered.

Trailerable boat cover in water repellent Oxford fabric

Trailerable Universal Covers

Water-repellent Oxford covers built for road use, with reinforced tie-down points where straps load the fabric.

Heavy duty cover for an inflatable kayak and dinghy

Kayak, Dinghy & Inflatable Covers

V-shaped and shaped covers for kayaks, tenders and inflatables, sized from the length and beam you supply.

600D personal watercraft and jet ski cover

Jet Ski & PWC Covers

600D covers for personal watercraft, trailerable and UV resistant, developed to the hull you are supplying.

Canvas winter storage boat cover for off season lay up

Canvas and heavier-weight covers for off-season lay-up, including ventilation and support-pole arrangements.

Bimini top replacement cover in marine grade canvas

Bimini Tops & Yacht Tents

Replacement bimini covers with zipper sleeves, plus larger yacht tent and enclosure formats.

Fabrics in current production include 600D and 900D Oxford with a waterproof coating, water-repellent Oxford, and marine canvas. Fabric grade, fastening system and reinforcement points are confirmed per project.

Currently in production: boat covers we currently produce. If your range also covers the load area, see console, engine and sail covers.

Made In Our Own Workshop

Cutting, stitching, reinforcement and hardware fitting are done on our own line. Covers are patterned from the hull you are supplying, not from a generic size table.

Auto cutter shaping boat cover panels Step 1

Hull Pattern

Your hull profile, photo or existing cover becomes a cutting file for the full cover shape.

Boat cover fabric spread on the cutting table Step 2

Panels Cut

Panels are cut to the confirmed pattern so the cover clears consoles and t-top frames correctly.

Finished boat cover inspected before packing Step 3

Reinforced & Checked

Tie-down points and stress areas are reinforced, then the cover is checked for stitching and finish.

Boat covers packed for shipment Step 4

Packed For Shipment

Covers are folded and packed in bulk cartons, or in printed retail packaging with your artwork.

What To Send Us

Length and beam get us most of the way. Anything else you have shortens sampling.

Boat type and length

V-hull, jon boat, centre console, PWC or inflatable, with the length overall.

Beam and layout

Maximum beam, plus console, t-top, trolling motor or bow rail positions the cover must clear.

A photo or existing cover

A side and front photo of the boat, or a cover you are already happy with.

How a Boat Cover Project Runs

  1. Send the boat type, length, beam and how the cover will be used.
  2. We propose the fabric grade, cover format and fastening system, with a quote.
  3. A sample cover is produced for your approval.
  4. Production runs once the sample and artwork are signed off.
  5. Covers are folded and packed for bulk shipment or retail.

Fabric grade and fastening are agreed per project; covers intended for towing are specified differently from mooring covers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which fabric grade should we choose?

It follows the duty. Trailerable covers usually use coated Oxford for abrasion and road spray; mooring and winter covers lean towards heavier woven canvas, where ventilation and support matter more.

Can you make a cover for a boat with a T-top or tower?

Yes. Console and T-top formats are in current production; the frame layout is confirmed from your measurements or photos before patterning.

Do covers come with support poles and straps?

Tie-down and support arrangements are part of the specification and can be included in the supply. The exact fittings are confirmed per project.

Can covers carry our own branding?

Yes. Printed logos, size and care labels, stuff sacks and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.

Can we approve a sample before production?

Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.

How do we start?

Use the form below with boat type, length and beam, and we will come back with a proposal.

How to Choose a Boat Cover

Measuring length, beam and hull shape

Measure the boat from bow to stern, then across its widest beam point. Note the hull profile, any bow rails, windshields or outboards that the cover has to clear. A few photos of the deck and sides help fix the shape.

Choosing between 600D and 900D fabric

The two directional fabrics differ mainly in fabric weight and how tightly the yarn is woven. The lighter direction handles and stores more easily, while the heavier direction suits longer outdoor exposure. Match the fabric to where the boat is kept.

Coverage styles: mooring, storage and travel

Mooring covers stay fitted on the water, storage covers protect a laid-up boat, and travel covers need a very secure, streamlined fit. Each style changes how the cover is cut and fastened. Tell us how the cover will be used and we will plan around it.
