Marine Cover Range We Manufacture

The equipment around the boat usually needs covering before the hull does. Eight directions are in current production, and the deciding factor is normally whether the cover stays on while the boat is being used or only in storage.

Waterproof silver coated boat console cover for electronics protection

Console Covers

Silver-coated Oxford covers that sit over the helm and instruments during short-term storage and mooring.

Custom fit outboard engine cover for saltwater protection

Outboard Engine Covers

Shaped covers for outboard cowlings, cut to the engine so the cover follows the shape of the cowling.

Waterproof boat engine cover for outdoor mooring

Inboard Engine & Mooring Covers

Heavier covers for engine boxes and mooring protection where the boat stays in the water.

UV resistant canvas cockpit enclosure for sailboats

Cockpit Enclosures

Canvas enclosures that close the cockpit against wind and rain, patterned to the frame layout.

Custom fit marine grade boat cover for hull protection

Full-Cover Formats

Full covers in marine-grade fabric, fitted taut over the hull rather than tied loosely.

Custom steering wheel cover for boat helm

Helm & Wheel Covers

Small fit-and-forget covers for the wheel and helm, produced in the same fabrics as the larger covers.

UV resistant sail cover for mainsail jib and boom

Sail & Boom Covers

Covers for mainsails, jibs and booms, cut to the folded sail dimensions you supply.

Boat fender covers in marine grade fabric

Fender Covers

Fabric fenders that reduce noise against the hull, produced in SBR and towelling constructions.

Fabrics in current production include silver-coated Oxford, solution-dyed and marine-grade canvas, and SBR laminates. UV resistance and fabric grade are confirmed per project.

Currently in production: console, engine and sail covers we currently produce. If your range also covers the load area, see boat covers.

Made In Our Own Workshop

Cutting, stitching, reinforcement and hardware fitting are carried out on our own line, so covers are patterned to the equipment you are supplying.

Patterned To The Part

Console, cowling or sail dimensions set the outline before cutting starts.

Auto cutter cutting marine canvas panels Step 2

Panels Cut

Panels are cut to the confirmed pattern so the cover sits tight rather than loose.

Reinforced

Stress points, tie-downs and zipper areas are reinforced before assembly.

What To Send Us

The equipment dimensions matter more than the boat as a whole.

What is being covered

Console, outboard cowling, inboard engine, sail, boom, helm or fender.

Dimensions or photos

The part dimensions, or a photo from two angles if measuring is awkward.

Fabric and fastening

Whether the cover stays on during use or only in storage, which sets the fabric and how it is fixed.

How a Marine Cover Project Runs

  1. Send what is being covered, with dimensions or photos.
  2. We propose the fabric grade, fastening and quote.
  3. A sample cover is produced for your approval.
  4. Production runs once the sample and artwork are signed off.
  5. Covers are folded and packed for bulk or retail shipment.

Fabric grade and fastening are agreed per project; covers that stay on during use are specified differently from storage covers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you make covers for equipment you have not seen?

Yes. Two clear photos plus a dimension or two are normally enough to pattern a console, engine or helm cover.

Which fabrics suit saltwater use?

Coated Oxford and marine canvas are the usual choices. The specific grade is confirmed per project against how the cover will be used.

Do you produce cockpit enclosures with windows?

Enclosures are patterned to the frame layout you supply; window panels and openings are part of the specification rather than a fixed format.

Can covers carry our own branding?

Yes. Printed branding, size and care labels and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.

Can we approve a sample first?

Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.

How do we start?

Use the form below listing the equipment and dimensions, and we will come back with a proposal.

Choosing Marine Equipment Covers

Measuring consoles and outboard engines

Measure the console from the deck line up to the top of the screen, and take the width at the widest point. For outboards, note the cowling shape and tiller or control positions. These outlines decide how the cover wraps.

Marine-grade fabric and UV considerations

Marine covers face constant sun, salt and damp, so fabric choice matters more than on land. A marine-grade direction resists UV fading and stays flexible in the cold. Tell us the conditions your equipment meets.

Covering cockpits, fenders and sailing gear

A cover may need to protect a whole cockpit, individual fenders or pieces of sailing gear such as a sail or boom. Each item needs its own outline and fastening. Describe what has to be covered and we will plan each piece.
