Template Copier (Pattern Digitizing)

Our template copier digitizes existing covers and patterns for car covers, seat covers and similar products. It scans a physical reference and converts it into digital pattern files that feed our cutting workflow.

The machine supports common output formats such as DXF, PLT and PDF, so digitized patterns can be reused, adjusted and archived for repeat projects.

Scanning and copying specifications are provided by the equipment supplier and are confirmed against each project requirement.

Fabric Spreader

An automatic fabric spreading machine is used in the production of car covers and seat covers to prepare material consistently before cutting.

Auto Cutter
